[Highly rated reviewer]This film is absolutely brilliant and an amazing film where it shows that racism should not be accepted in any part of the country.I would highly recommend this film as it is hilarious and very very good.

Take a risk and you won't be disappointed.By a customer , 31 Mar 2012Having enjoyed East is East was expecting this to be a bit of a let down, but it's actually a much better film. Wonderful acting and beautifully written, it's very funny but emotionally wrenching too. Truthful and touching, if you enjoy continental cinema, watch this and find it sad, funny and uplifting.
OK movie but East is East was better !By Pam44 (20 reviews) from Oldbury , 18 Mar 2012Good movie but got bit boring in the middle sense of humour in it so if u like a laugh you will enjoy this movie, I must admit east is east was much better !
Worth a watch - but it's no East Is EastBy ww5491 (2 reviews) , 15 Mar 2012Not a bad film. Compare it to the original and you will be disappointed, its no East Is East but is humorous and poignant at times. The character of George is still brilliant ('bloody baster') and still provides plenty of laugh, so too does some of the one liners from the young (now more cheekier) Sadjit.
Good but the original is much better.By Wauly (14 reviews) , 08 Mar 2012If you are renting this film expecting the humour and belly laughs from East is East you will possibly be left disappointed.
This is a different film altogether. The characters remain the same but the overall tone of the movie is quite sad and not quite as powerful as the first movie.
That being said the characters are well written and acted and it was good to be able to catch up with the exploits of the Khan family.
Overall, a little disappointing.By Dingham (1 review) , 02 Mar 2012We watched this as we'd enjoyed East is East. It started well, but stalled in the latter half and was actually pretty boring for a while. OK ending.
Overall, a little disappointing.
