Several who have submitted bad reviews are of the opinion that the film glosses over a complex subject. If they want a degree-level course they should read a branch of theoretical physics at a reputable university - I did and it left me none the wiser about life's bigger issues. The film aims at a wide audience and attempts to present a great deal of information in easy to digest bites. Some people find the approach patronsing or facile, if that's the case they would be better served by dismissing the experience from their self-opinionated undiscerning minds and getting on with being pains in the arse in cutsey little wine bars.

Not through choice, I am an addict and found that the film is a gateway to explaining that condition to mortals who have little idea of how an addict's mind works (and our minds do work gentle reader, they work overtime...). It also strives to debunk organised religion and embrace higher concepts which in my opinion is no bad thing.

Well done to the producers of this insightful film, addressing a mass market with such an array of thought-provoking information is a brave venture and should be applauded, not derided by the pseudo-intellectual chattering underclass.

Brilliant Demonstration but lack of knowledge in theology

Subjects mentioned in the movie are not a new issues. They have been told to humanity by every prophet and saint over thousands of years and very few cared about their sayings. They all said 'the truth is within you, don't look outside. You have 18000 universes within you yet you are blinded and running after wordly matters'. Now We are discovering a part of their sayings by using quantum physics and thinking that We have found something new. No it was already there in sayings of Moses(PBUH), Jesus(PBUH) and Muhammad(PBUH) and other prophets and saints but We have not understood their sayings. For instance, Muhammad(PBUH) said 'Human is a small universe'. This means human is a model of the universe it's self. Whatever out there is within the human himself as well. We are the tip of the pyramid extending in to infinity. Instead of knowing ourselves and finding the truth within ourselves, We are focusing in infinite matters outside ourselves and loosing the picture within ourselves. How can we bring the pieces of infinite matters out there to find the truth. That is why We fail while searching to find God by science only. We need to first know ourselves and find the truth within ourselves then watch the truth outside with the glasses of truth. We are looking for an experience not a physical object that is why we are failing in finding.Muhammad(PBUH) reported from his Lord 'the man who knows him self knows God'. The lady who made a point by saying 'We are Gods'in the movie, should know that 'While we can not even resist a simple hunger, and being full of ego within ourselves, How can we make such a claim? While We can not manage our life properly , how can we claim the management of this universe and try to wear the dress of God on ourselves.While we are hurting every life within this world, how can we claim that we are God?While We have a limited inttelligence, how can we claim to be the creator of this universe'. The ones who are saying : 'preconditionings of our brain prevents us to find the truth within the universe'. Yes that is true. But do not blame the religions because of your bad understanding from the holy books. Religions are there to save the person from ego which is the tap of preconditionings. Instead of being servant to God, We are prefering to tie ourselves to the milions of desires and addictions coming from our own ego then We are attaching ourselves to every one of them and being servant to every one of them. After that We are thinking that We are free. We are being slave to smoking, drinking, drugs, illegal sex, gambling, racism,dominating other lives, and our own millions of desires. Does God give the secrets and keys of the universe to the person who is attached to his own ego? Of course not. Some people are thinking that they will decode everything and do whatever they like and they fantasize about flying , walking on the sea, time travel etc. While thinking like that their selves(egos) are getting stronger because they are still after pleasures. Without practicing the laws of God and not turning your qualities to his qualities(generous, merciful,etc.), without struggling against your own ego,How can you do that? The person puts himself millions of miles away from the truth by going after his ego. When person curbes his desires his concious makes progress, the mud within the mirror of heart gets cleaned and starts to see the things which He was not able to see in that mirror within the permittion of God. Love of God is the key to fly on this path.So don't seek otherways, seek for love of God. They don't give the keys of the universe to everyone. If you be genuine and sincere in your search and follow the procedures within the holy books, analyse them within your wisdom, you can perhaps find this key. As God says'I run to the one who is walking towards me'. If you do not use your wisdom, don't blame religions and God. Blame nobody but your foggy muddy mirrors. Without procedures and practices, you can not get rid of your ego. You certainly can not do it without God. God said in Qur'an'Surely God does not do any injustice to men, but men are unjust to themselves.', 'They know but the outer (things) in the life of this world: but of the End of things they are heedless. ', 'Who believe in the Unseen, are steadfast in prayer, and spend out of what We have provided for them; ',To Allah do belong the unseen (secrets) of the heavens and the earth, and to Him goeth back every affair (for decision)'.
