  • A pseudo-film about pseudo-science that became a cult success. It was sponsored by Ramtha's School of Enlightenment. Ramtha, according to the school, was a warrior from Lemuria and Atlantis who conquered three-quarters of the known world 35,000 years ago.

5 out of 5 for effort...

Several who have submitted bad reviews are of the opinion that the film glosses over a complex subject. If they want a degree-level course they should read a branch of theoretical physics at a reputable university - I did and it left me none the wiser about life's bigger issues. The film aims at a wide audience and attempts to present a great deal of information in easy to digest bites. Some people find the approach patronsing or facile, if that's the case they would be better served by dismissing the experience from their self-opinionated undiscerning minds and getting on with being pains in the arse in cutsey little wine bars.

Not through choice, I am an addict and found that the film is a gateway to explaining that condition to mortals who have little idea of how an addict's mind works (and our minds do work gentle reader, they work overtime...). It also strives to debunk organised religion and embrace higher concepts which in my opinion is no bad thing.

Well done to the producers of this insightful film, addressing a mass market with such an array of thought-provoking information is a brave venture and should be applauded, not derided by the pseudo-intellectual chattering underclass.

    Quantum Flux

Pseudoscientific garbage attempts to link the wonderfully weird world of quantum mechanics with all sorts of mystical and theological clap-trap. There is no link. There is no deeper meaning. This is all there is. Tough.
