Paint drying is funnier!By beccicee (28 reviews) from Bournemouth , 26 Oct 2012
[Highly rated reviewer]This film.. what can i say
Well first off, a good cast, thats what caused me to watch it, i saw the cast and thought hey if it has a good cast it will be a good watch.. i was mistaken!
From the word go i wasn't drawn in, i didnt laugh out loud, in fact i dont think i really laughed at all, maybe just the occasion smile and single HA!
I felt dis-attached from the movie, and there was no strong feeling towards anyone, unlike other films like this (Love Actually and He's just not that into you)
i dont know maybe im just not a fan of light hearted, unfunny, not much going on films, and yes maybe i am comparing this to Schindlers List and other brilliant films...
But overall id say Not funny, ive seen a lot funnier movies from a more unknown cast list, bad acting in some areas, weak plot and this film comes with the ability that you dont need to pay attention to understand it. This cant be classed as a comedy!
Watch it if you really really have to, but in all honesty it isnt really worth it, dont be fooled by the cast and the trailer, it isnt that great!
Watch it if you have nothing to do and have no paint to watch dry!!

Very disapointing. Lacking story/comedy/acting!By amy91 (14 reviews) , 16 Jul 2013Very typical disappointing rom com. Not much of a story line, all seems to be put together pretty badly with even worse acting. Disappointed with myself for renting this, wont be watching again.
One for the Dads!By a customer , 02 Jul 2013If you're expecting, or already a parent this film is for you! If you don't have children it may not be! Very watchable on a Friday night with a bottle of wine and nibbles!!
9 monthsBy insomniac (93 reviews) from Malvern , 21 Jun 2013Had no great expectations of this film but thought it would make a change from my usual choice of thrillers and drama. It was exactly as I had imagined, no better and no worse, and I spent a pleasant couple of hours. Of course I am definitely past the age of the target audience, and it would certainly appeal to expecting parents! Well acted.
Rock rocks, Diaz doesn'tBy Blueberry (3 reviews) , 06 Jun 2013This has inspired me to form my own dads' group. The film was OK too. Elizabeth Banks is watchable as always, J-Lo remembered how to act, and Cameron Diaz didn't. Chris Rock rocks. No idea how the script is related to the book, to be honest!
No suprises here.By Zebras22 (124 reviews) , 28 May 2013Average romcom with some funny bits in it. Cameron Diaz and Elizabeth Banks make most of an average script. Another film aimed at a women audience. Not bad overall.
