Despite the rather twee comic dialogue the slapstick element is highly entertaining and the plot quite clever. The three main characters are charming and the cameo role of old 'Daddy' is delightful. The comic routine can stand beside that of the silver screen but the dialogue can just a little stray towards the tedious at times.
