What a production!
By tenforthatyoumustbemad (1 review) , 30 Apr 2011[Highly rated reviewer]
This was on Channel 5 yesterday. A production of spectacular awfulness that makes it curiously entertaining. Terrible dialogue, questionable accents and that classic situation of 'London' actually being shot in the US to save money. So the roads, street signs, buildings look American, but with a token red bus occasionally driving in the background next to a single red phone box and a black taxi. Brilliant!- Was this review helpful to you?

(6)typically american
By a customer , 05 Nov 2011Very typically american:
All of the actors had a dreadful english accent and they totally made the whole story cheesily american - prince william doing karaoke to win kate back - no chance!- Was this review helpful to you?

Not as bad as I thought!
By MiniNinja (16 reviews) from Warrington , 23 Jun 2011This film has taken a really hammering from it's critics. I rented it to see what all the fuss was about expecting it to be truly awful. To my surprise I actually rather enjoyed it! It is true to say that some of the acting isn't amazing, their accents are a bit dodgy and some of the dialogue is a bit weak, but overall it's definitely not the worst film I've seen and I even had a tear in my eye at one point! Watch it and make you own mind up.- Was this review helpful to you?

A treat for royal wedding lovers...................
By VFF (105 reviews) from London , 27 Apr 2011..................unfortunately that is not me or the Missus.
I am not the only one who finds Kate Middleton a little scary ? I am concerned for Prince William.
Check the critic reviews.....
I think that the Radio Times critic is having a bit of a laugh. Well, I certainly hope so. I would seriously worry about them otherwise.
The Evening Standard should not assume that all English people are royalists.- Was this review helpful to you?
