Disney sued over Alice in Wonderland throne

Executives at the Disney Corporation have been slapped with a bizarre lawsuit from a disgruntled furniture maker amid allegations they stole one of his designs and used it in Hollywood blockbuster Alice In Wonderland. Arman Mkrtchyan has filed papers in Los Angeles County Superior Court accusing Disney of modelling the Queen of Hearts' throne, which featured in the hit Tim Burton movie, on one of his ideas.
