I play a bit of poker online and think graphically this game is great. Obviously it's on the PS3. I just dont think there is much point of playing poker for fun and not money. You play the game totally different. If you are new to poker then rent it and learn the basics of the game.- Was this review helpful to you?

Poker just isn't worth it without the posibilty of winning sum CA$H!!

I absolutely love playing Poker, especially the 2007 game I have on PSP, but this game was very very slow and very very tidious!! Also, as I now play online and in Casino's for real money it loses the edge when you're playing it on a computer game with no prize to gain!!
On the positive side, it looks fairly good and is easy to control. You have to build a career by playing in the various tournaments, but if you only know who to play Texas Hold'em then you will have to learn how to play all the other varities of Poker whilst playing this, because you'll need to master them all!!
I'm just gonna stick to PKR.com and the local casino from now on, oh and the PSP at lunchtimes!! : )- Was this review helpful to you?

By fredrin (4 reviews) from London , 03 Sep 2008I have a poker appliation on my i phone that has better GFX and much much much much much better game play. you can hardly see the cards and the pot sizes unless you have a 52 inch wide shreen HD tv.
