They don't make 'em like this anymore

Worzel Gummidge is a scarecrow who gets bored standing at his post in Ten Acre Field and often wanders into the village of Scatterbrook to see what's going on - and to see what mischief he can get up to! In the first episode he befriends a pair of children, John and Sue Peters, who spend most of the next four series trying to clear up the messes he creates.
1. Muvver's Day
2. The Golden Hind
3. Will The Real Aunt Sally..?
4. The Jumbly Sale
5. The Return Of Dolly Clothes-Peg
6. Worzel In Revolt
7. Worzel's Birthday
It was great back then, and it's still great now.- Was this review helpful to you?

Worzel fans, fill your boots
By CHEEKY73 from Dorset , 19 Apr 2005If you loved dear silly old Worzel as a child, then you will probably still find it fascinating now. Children nowadays may find it doesn't have enough 'gizmos' but personally I loved it!- Was this review helpful to you?

Classic Worzel!
By a customer from West Country , 21 Jul 2004As a child I loved this show - this selection of episodes did not disappoint! I had forgotten how rotten Aunt Sally was, but the 'cup of tea and a slice of cake' made up for it...I'll be 'bumswizzled'!!- Was this review helpful to you?
