hmmm
This is quite simply a demonstration of a few yoga 'postures'. In no way tantric, and quite definately excersizes for 1 person. A book on yoga would be infinitely more helpful, and if you wanted yoga for sex, a book on Tantric yoga would actually be about yoga and sex.

Not comprehensive enough
Because Yoga benefits physical, mental and emotional health, it naturally benefits sexual activity. However, this disc covers only a few exercises specifically improving the genital organs - there are many valuable ones, even more specific, which have been left out. Apart from that, the general tone of the disc is quite good, being very gentle and supportive, especially for those new to yoga.
