Excellent! This is a very well made tutorial for absolute beginners such as me. The course is well taught and the approach to the excercises are done with gentleness. The surroundings are beautiful and it is extremely peaceful and relaxing. A must for all who are seriously thinking of embarking on the path of yoga. Some parts are worth ...
