Very very highly recommended
In front of a beautiful scenario, it is presented an easy and clearly explained asanas by the excellent yoga teacher Rodney Yee.
As a person with a lower back problem, I've seen many videos and DVDs for home practice (after giving the all clear by my osteopath who himself recommended to start a Yoga practice) and most of them have routines which are not clear and/or too fast, asanas are done without props (such as the help of a chair or a bolster) making them difficult and/or dangerous to practice; BUT 'Yoga for Back Care' 100% offers the opposite, so it also makes this DVD a very good starting point for the new to Yoga. -
