Or you can rent each disc individually:
This is pretty diabolical, I wish I had looked at the rating before bothering to get it out (but then I have liked some of the ones that have had lower ratings in the past) .
You do not get a full yoga practice but almost like a cheap programme style thing that gives crap nutritional nformation and only 4 or 5 asanas that aren't performed correctly and are given singuarly without their counter-pose. The asanas and breathing are not explained well and the people performing them are often not even in the correct positions, shoulders and necks are hunched, feet are wrongly placed, knees come way over ankles etc...
Trikonasana shown is actual reverse tikonasana! In pranayam they say 2nd and 3rd finger when it is actually the last 2 fingers used, inconsistencies like these make this a cheap video to miss off your rental list.
No proper breathing instructions, contra-indications, or advice whilst in poses is given and there are much better asanas for slimming than are given here. The music is programme like and there is not really any continuity in this video.
This is a complete waste of time avoid it like the plague.
i have seen better yoga dvds.
