By a customer from channel islands , 14 Nov 2005The word Yoga should be taken out of the title as every Yoga session includes relaxation techniques. Stress relief without relaxation? This DVD recomends meat as a part of a healthy diet when any self-respecting Yogi would strongly advocate a vegetarian diet for healthy living as well as a way to protect the environment and fight world poverty.
I couldn't belive my eyes and ears.
