This DVD helped me get out of back pain. I have to admit the first time I completed it I felt fantastic especially in my shoulders.
She tells you how to breathe and ground yourself, use all 3 points of your foot for balance and how to dip your tail bone etc in moves to prevent injury. Unlike some dvds like Geri Yoga which is quite frankly dangerous.
All I would say is I personally do the leg stretches before the Down Dog move which is like a cat stretching as this is the hardest move and I recommend to leave it out until ready.
I only got the hang of it after the 3rd watch as a lot to take in, but if you keep things gentle and only do the ones you feel you can, and do them slow, you'll really help yourself. It's only hard if you make it hard.
All in all a great dvd! I'm buying a hard copy! I still do it every 3 days even though my back pain gone as it makes me feel good. I'm going to try the other one, 'Yoga To The Rescue For Neck And Shoulders' next I think.
