Aimed at those who've done some yoga and want to free up their movement into dance - this could be a good way to get going. Watch out if you've not done any yoga before as some of the postures are quite advanced and no instruction is given on how to do them safely. If you've not done any dance before you might find some of the sequences and methods a useful tool to get started especially the free-dance sessions. This is very much a step-by-step 'how to' method useful for beginners or those that need some confidence in moving. However, I found the music rather uninspiring or moving -emotionally or physically. The zooming in of the camera/angle finding onto the very 'Californian' beautiful people, made me rather giddy. I was unsure where the 'trance' element came into the whole thing. The fire pois was the best bit in the DVD.
