    The juvenile delinquency cycle of the mid-1950s looks rather out of place transposed to the Old West in this story about the offspring of notorious outlaws being tempted to follow in their fathers' footsteps. Russ Tamblyn is too lightweight playing the victim of small-town prejudice, who becomes the leader of a gang but wavers over launching a criminal career. The result is rather too much debate and too little action. Gloria Talbott provides sympathetic romantic interest and Guy Mitchell sings over the main titles.

    All Star cast (for the time) and a good storyline. Honestly I preferred the sequel bizarrely.
