This video was alot of...
By catspyjamas#1 from SLOUGH , 12 Jan 2004[Highly rated reviewer]
This video was alot of fun . It has boxing, dance and yoga. The instructor was good and full of energy. It wasn't a tough enough work out for me but if you like a easy paced work out this is for you.- Was this review helpful to you?

(8)Boring? I'll let you decide
By a customer from Hertfordshire , 01 Nov 2006This is the most boring workout dvd I have ever done, I only managed about 10 minutes, because it was just not interesting enough.
I don't know who the hell Zoe Lucker is, but this dvd is no good (she may well be a good trainer usually), but this was not motivating me at all to get fit!- Was this review helpful to you?

Too Old Skool for Me
By a customer from Bedford , 12 Oct 2006I love Zoe Lucker as a footballer's wife - in my opinion she is the show!
Her workout however did not put her under the fitness spotlight.
I found the routines unimaginative and unchallenging!
Not for me!- Was this review helpful to you?

Good if you're just beginning to workout
By karen from North East , 13 Jul 2006This was actually like an updated version of the angela griffin workout dvd (new one), It was slightly harder, but the same instructor. The instructor is really good, she explains exactly where to put everything and builds things up slowly. However once you've mastered it that becomes annoying. I've been doing fitness videos now for about 2 month, and this didn't really raise a sweat. The boxercise hurts your legs a bit, but other than that pretty tame. I did enjoy doing it, but it certainly wouldn't motivate me to put it on again. I didn't think there was anything wrong with the camera angles however. Dont be fooled by the yoga section either, its pretty much like a cool down in any other video. Try it once if you're starting out, but dont buy it, cos you'll be bored in no time.- Was this review helpful to you?

Effort Rating: 3/10
By Globalnomad (6 reviews) from Surrey , 03 Apr 2006I'm trying loads of fitness dvds and will review them all, so watch this space . . .
Good points: this is quite a fun and varied workout, with dance and boxing sections, and a good yoga cooldown. The trainer explains clearly and frequently.
Bad points: I found their not-very-convincing attempts to look like the work out was an effort for them pretty patronising. The camera work is inconsistent, they work out of time to the music on occasions and the guard position in the boxing section is, frankly, ridiculous!
Summary: Quite a fun choice for beginners but not the most taxing workout.- Was this review helpful to you?

Good all rounder
By a customer from Coventry , 02 Mar 2006I liked this workout dvd because there are lots of different sections so if your not feeling up to a hard workout you can just do the slower ones or just some yoga/toning. Everything was explained well and you get an encouraging feeling from the presenter (Zoe is just there to look pretty!!) Unlike some workout videos there are not lots of gorgeous people in the background bouncing away making you feel bad about yourself!!- Was this review helpful to you?
