This was one of the first horrors I was on TV when I was a kid. Brings back the memories of the BBC2 horror double bills in the 80s. Love it.

Pretty good vampire flick original in its ways. The beginning makes you think it's early 90s and then it rolls off. Cool.

The film is worth noting the comunist Romanian army at the start of the film driving around in a jeep marked 'US NAVY' and then the mexican jumping beans...

As the hounds of hell attack the wooden cabin towards the end of the film the tins fall of the shelf. The dogs shake the cabin and again the tins fall of the shelf. The dogs shake it some more and the same tins fall of the shelf yet again but then its morning, the sun comes up, the dogs run away, the cabin is in ruin but its all okay, the tins are back on the shelf.

  • Not very horrifying horror

Basically boring and unscary horror that never really delivers. Also has some very bad acting. Moogy soundtrack is the best thing about it to be honest.

I remember seeing this as a kid in the '80's and being scared too. I have to point out to one of the other reviewers that this is not a Hammer Film
