Good rainy day zombie flickBy nomee (20 reviews) from Colchester , 16 Jun 2012
[Highly rated reviewer]Low budget, but enjoyable. Anything with Ving Rhames (ther legend!) is worth a watch. He is the ultimate zombie slayer who, when says cheesy one liners, makes them sound cool. Not the greatest zomble flick of all time but iv given it 3 stars s its a good rainy sunday afternoon zombie fix

If not this then try that...By Siandem (3 reviews) from Dartford , 06 Nov 2012I love my zombie films and have been known to enjoy some films that others find dreadful. This unfortunately did not come into that catagory and despite having Ving Rhames, who is familiar with dealing with the undead, just didn't deliver.
I wouldn't go as far to say it would be a complete waste of your time to watch as you can just switch off to it but if you are looking for a good zombie film then try Dead Snow!
This film is brilliant for the ability to bring the zombie gore and suspense with the classic humour that some of these films require.
Worth a lookBy Vodka (15 reviews) from Liverpool , 06 Nov 2012I thought this film was okay, does what it says on the tin, acting was alright lots of body parts flying around.
Crap film, low budget CGI & terrible acting, AVOID!!!!By Wilf81 (40 reviews) , 28 Oct 2012I like Zombie films but this one is just painful to watch. It's made on a shoe string budget with locations around LA like empty housing estates etc.
Watch the LA drainage part carefully and you can see a train going past and cars driving across the bridge!
Complete and total crap.
what not to watchBy a customer , 07 Oct 2012Literally only watched 5 minutes, then turned it off. So couldn't tell u anymore than the editing and acting was diabolical.

Felt like a Zombie after watching Zombie ApocalypseBy TheNotoriousBBD (20 reviews) from Orpington , 27 Sep 2012
THIS REVIEW CONTAINS SPOILERS Show review anywayHideI am a big fan of the Zombie genre of films especially when they are done well. Whilst Zombie Apocalypse has a good storyline and some good actors playing interesting characters to me it was let down but the excessive use of CGI effects. Don't get me wrong some of the film was great but others parts you just wished they had spent the money on more realistic props rather than CGI it. When I watch a Zombie film I want to see them get taken it out in all different ways and it look realistic. I appreciate this may have been a low budget version but surely they could have found some money for realistic blood rather than add it in by computer. What really did it for me was a scene where they have a machine gun on a shopping trolley. Some excellent shots of it being fired so you can see the belt fed bullets not moving at all but the cartridges flying out and of course the fake muzzle flash. Don't get me started on the end of the film! CGI Zombie tigers. I felt like clawing myself to death at this point.
If you like Zombie films then you will probably end up watching it. If you are expecting it to be more like a George Romero zombie film then you will be disappointed but this is a better film than some of the other non-George Romero ones.
