The Natural Progression of the Series

While it is disappointing that the true 3rd title (Trials and Tribulations) of the ace attorney series has yet to see a European release, this FOURTH title is a natural progression for Capcom's cult favourite series. A new protagonist and new features with the DS's touch screen and microphone in mind help the series evolve well and it is an enjoyable game from start to finish. There are even several references to previous games in the series which will make fans of Phoenix Wright more than happy to have a new main character.- Was this review helpful to you?

Odd!!
By Bert65 (10 reviews) from Crawley , 05 Apr 2009What an odd pointless game !! I thought id give it a couple of goes to see if it grew on me and although I played it for some hours that was not because I was enjoying it it was it took that long for anything to happen!!

Apollo Justice Ace Attorney
By a customer from Eastbourne , 16 Nov 2008I am thoroughly enjoying working me way through the Phoenix Wright and Apollo Justice games. They keep me going for hours and are great fun and really get your brain working although they do get easier as you learn about the sort of things you should be looking for.
Apollo Justice was very good. Similar style to the others, a few changes and different themes. I look forward to the next games being written and released. I would like to see the writers doing some new twists and turns as it is now quite easy to anticipate what is going to happen next.- Was this review helpful to you?

Phoenix has moved on, enter Apollo!
By a customer from Sheffield , 02 Jul 2008I can't rate the Ace Attorney games highly enough- this is the latest in the series, and if you enjoyed the previous games you'll love this one too, although it might take a while for you to adjust to a new protagonist and not all of the old favourite characters are present. The format of this game is very much the same as its predecessors; interview witnesses and suspects then defend your client in court. The quirky storylines are present and correct.
If you have never played any of the Ace Attorney games before, I'd recommend you start at the beginning with Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney- it's not essential to enjoy this game as it goes into things in enough detail for new players, but there are storylines running through all the games so it's probably that bit more enjoyable to play them in order.- Was this review helpful to you?
