    [Highly rated reviewer]

I was very excited about this game, been following it for a year or so, finally get a chance to play it and wow what a dissapointment, the graphics are amazing but the framerate is very choppy and not fluid. The gameplay is even worse, its very mind-numbingly repetitive, there is no variation, no sidequests, you have to do the same thing over and over and over and over and over and over again.

Freerunning was cool, thats about it.

Great Graphics, Great free running and smooth movement.

Long (oh so long) cut scenes, that can't be skipped. Too many cut scenes, that keep taking you out of the story. I even had enough to make myself a cuppa in the time some cut scenes took.

Also why did they not just make this game about an assassin in the 12th Century, rather than a about guy in 2012 hooked to a machine playing memories of his ancestors??? I felt no link with the main character at all. Your health bar is not health it is memory syncronisation??? In stead of jumping ahead to a different part of the story you 'skip forward to a more recent memory'???

I never felt at any point that I was playing an assassin. There are even some very boring moments where you play the guy in 2012 and all you can do is walk and interact with one locked door for five minutes!!

I can understand how some people would like this kind of game, but I just couldn't get into it.

After Playing Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood.... This REALLY Dissapointed Me ): Altair Is A Crap Assassin!! Unlike Ezio, He Can't Swim!! D:< So That Is QUITE Annoying When Trying To Escape After An Assassination And Falling Into Water :l What Assassin Can Not Swim?! Definetly Play 2 Or Brotherhood, This Is Just Such A Dissapointment And Repetitive Tosh... :l

Assassins creed is a game where they have not prioritised the missons, and it is not clear what they prioritised instead. The missions, although some of which take a long time to work out, are very repeatative. You do one mission in one location, then on you go to next location it is the same. Also, YOU DO NOT NEED THIS TO UNDERSTAND ASSASSINS CREED 2 OR BROTHERHOOD!!!
