Choose one of nine characters across three fighting weights, take on the fearsome Tournament mode, or try to knockdown all-comers in the Survival mode. 9 light, middle and heavy weight characters to select. Weight affects your fighting style, so choose carefully! One-player Tournament, Survival, and Practice modes are all available. The addictive Versus mode lets two players slug it out. Real-time facial damage lets you see when your opponent is hurting. Agility and power suffer as you lose energy. Fearsome boss characters to unlock and master. Use their secret techniques to perform one-hit knockdowns.

This game is a feeble attempt at a boxing Sim and pales in comparison to Fight Night Round 2 that I was playing at the same time.
