Witness the drama unfold as players take the role of bush pilot Logan James after he survives a horrific plane crash that leaves him in a remote corner of the Alaskan high country. Injured, isolated and in the middle of a hostile wilderness, Logan is cut off from all hope of rescue and it's up to players to guide him to safety in his epic battle against deadly predators and the frigid elements of nature. With nothing but firearms and gear scavenged along the way, players will trek through a variety of hostile environments that include mountain peaks, icy cliff side trails, dense forests, frozen rivers and huge uncharted caverns. In order to stay alive in such harsh terrain, players will have to keep their wits about them and use all their survival skills. Every step might be their last as avalanches and snowstorms are compounded with dangerous predators that want nothing more than to eat them for dinner. As if that isn't enough to worry about, starvation is an ever looming problem. Survive, evade, and hunt through one of the most remarkable adventures ever to be released under the Cabela's brand.

Oh my what a waste of time

Do not judge this game by the screen shots as I did. I thought it would be similar to Lara Croft and it is in a small way as all you do is climb rocks, more rocks and more rocks. Then you get to a clearing and you shoot a few animals and then climb some more rocks. The campaign will take about 2 hours so very very short. Then you have some rail shooter missions which are rubbish!! Easy achievements if you in to that but if you need a challenge then stay away from this game. I rate it one star only for the easy achievements.

This game should be called LB button

The game on hard took me 1h 41 minutes, died twice when a randon animal popped out but if your controller has a faulty LB you cannot play this game, roughly 10 - 15 minutes is fighting animals and game the rest you are climbing mountains continuously just sat there pressing LB. Roughly got 700GS in 1h 41m. No skill required just index finger and LB button thats it.

I liked the story and survival side of this up until the game checkpointed as I fell off the mountain meaning it kept reloading as I fell

Not a great game but not aweful just alot different to other games that are out there.

Achievement points are so easy 2 hours you should have near 800 points.

this is possibly the worst game i jhave ever, ever played. i love adventures and will put up with anything but this!!! what a joke. whats beyond me is the software house must know this is a turkey yet have done nothing to make the game even a bit playab le. I have no idea how this company are in business.

Surprisingly enjoyable.

Well there's not much to say about it apart from that its a very short game and easy for achievements. It's Cabela's best game so far and it's an okay game to play but there is room for improvement.
