I hate this game! I really hate it. Simply because I now no longer want to play any other game. I was looking forward to a few new releases but now I find myself asking if these titles will still entertain me.
Everything about this game is brilliant: the graphics are top-notch and I have yet to see the stuttering framerate found in many hi-def titles. The gameplay is excellent, blending astonishing realism with hollywood flare to deliver some cracking set-pieces.
The voice acting is also welll written and delivered, making you actually care about your team-mates.
COD 4's best feature has to be the online multiplayer, offering the player a high degree of customisation and freedom.

Doesn't work due to update!

Brilliant gameplay - just finished too soon!

The only problem was that the story was over too quickly. If I'd bought it I would have felt short changed, but it was a great way to spend a weekend.
I think there was a good story and the graphics were amazing.

Great fps but lacking a good compass

My first cod was mw2, i wantd thid to help me understand the story and some things of mw2. The story of this game is very good but the compass navigator is a serious let down! as ive completed mw2 on veteran this shudnt hav proven such a challenge but it was hard for me to know where i was trying to get too while fighting off the endless amounts of rpgs which keep flying your way, n those buggers never end! Other down factors, NO TROPHIES AND NO DUALSHOCK FUNCTION!!!! for a while i thought my controller n ps3 broke or somthing, if you want a good fps i would reccomend, great levels like mw2 great series.- Was this review helpful to you?
