Do yourself a favour and don't even bother putting this on your list. I reckon even 4 year old kids wouldn't be able to stomach more than 10mins of this tedious, sub-standard, generic, money-grabbing movie adaptation.

To get the gamerpoints in this one you would have to play over half-an hour and that would just be torture. You should get 1000GP just for attempting to play it.

I guess what i'm trying to say is... RUN AWAY FROM THIS RUBBISH!!!

  • Not Fantastic but not all Doom and gloom......

Bit repetititve...though not as much as people say when theres a couple of puzzles along the way. Pretty easy 1000G if you have the time and know where to look. Fighting some popular villans is a nice novelty. Not exactly the Spiderman Movie tie ins but WAY better than the sorry excuse of a tie-in known as THOR!

This game was just what everyone expected from it. Rubbish. The graphics are bland, the gameplay is dull and not very exciting. Also, you need to play the story twice and then also play some levels over and over again to get all of the achievements. I did stick it out for the full 1000 points but only because I was able to play it on co-op with my kids. Which is the only thing that made it in any way enjoyable. If you want a game to play with your kids then yeah, I'd pick this up for a short play through. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it.

Movie tie in games are never very good, what makes a good movie doesn't translate to games and what makes a good game doesn't translate to film... Usually tho they can be quick 5 hrs enjoyment (Spiderwick Chronicles, Bourne Conspiracy) but this... this... Is absolute crap... If you have a movie licence at least make the characters look like the ones in the EFFING movie... Get some one who knows about gaming to play test it as well, because there is no excuse for that camera, it is a hindrance (If you wasted any time on Marvel Ultimate Alliance, imagine that camera about a hundred times worse...) The real problem is the they wanted to make a fighting game, but the programming team don't have any experience of making that sort of thing, and the charcters are forced into following a plot line that fits into about 100 mins, this means that it is very repetative as they have to stretch the story out so that the game lasts. This is going back faster than a bullet stuck up a bat out of hells arse....

quite good if u actually play it as you have four diffrent heros to switch all with diffrent powers a little bit easy as if one dies you switch to other then it re lives again shortly after but well worth renting to see if you enjoy it
