I couldnt believe what a let down this game was, I'd heard it wasn't as good as FFX, but i didnt think it could be much worse, so gave it a try. Even as a girl i found this way too girly and pathetic, I found myself thinking, 'where are all the guys??!!' You start the game watching Yuna sing some really cheesy song and her party members having a 'You go girl!' kind of attitude. THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A FIGHTING GAME!!!! Instead of the sphere grid, you get different dresses to put on. LAME

The 'missions' are pointless and give no sense of achievement or progress. I got an hour in and decided i had no interest in going any further. I do however recommend it for any teenage boys as close ups of female characters asses are predominent throughout gameplay.

This game brings shame on the Final Fantasy series of which all have been really good. Quite a large factor that makes the final fantasy series is usually the soundtrack, however even this cannot save this game, as for some reason they have decided to change all the music for the kind you have to listen to when you're in a queue on the phone to your insurance company or something! ultimately makes for an excruciatingly annoying and pointless game!!! AHHH

DONT BUY OR RENT THIS GAME!!!!

thats total crap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! any one who understands the full ffx story wuld know why x-2 is so girly!!! ---I AGREE WITH PHEINOX!!! and btw...Tidus is in x-2!!!!

You need to complete the game 3 times then you see the full story mode---- Yuna spots Tidus.

  • A huge disappointment...

I got this game expecting a brilliant sequel to a game I loved so much, I played it until the disk no longer worked. Instead, I got Charlie's Angels with 'Final Fantasy' slapped on the box. I'll be honest: the game plays quite well. Unfortunately, it isn't a real Final Fantasy. It should have had the same system as Final Fantasy X, but Square decided to throw out a well established Sphere Grid in favour of the dull and annoying Dress Spheres.

It's alright as a stand-alone title, but anyone who played FF1 through FF10 should expect severe disappointment. Final Fantasy X-2 does not live up to it's title and predecessors.

I don't agree with Lyndsey AT ALL! Anyone who is a true fan of the Final Fantasy series should love this game. It's obvious to anyone whose played FFX that FFX-2 is a SEQUAL hence the reason there are no guys. Tidus diasappeared, Auron died n Wakka and Kimarhi are still here. Write a review when you know what you're talkin about!
