The greatest game ever?
By a customer from london, England , 15 May 2006[Highly rated reviewer]
Perhaps, but please don't rent it from here. This is a game that is made by the controller, and you need the guitar to play it properly. Worth every penny of the £50 asking price, just doesn't work on a regular joypad though.- Was this review helpful to you?

(5)Guitar Hero
By SiWri1 (2 reviews) from Gosport , 02 Feb 2008*** A WARNING FOR PS3 OWNERS ***
I own Guitar Hero 3 with the wireless guitar controller for the PS3. Unfortunately the wireless controller will not work with this game, you can only use a Sixaxis pad. I probably wouldn't have rented this game if I'd known. It's still good (although I was surprised to find the songs were covers and not original artists. as is the case with guitar hero 3 on PS3). Also you cannot play this game on the PS2 using the wireless guitar. Hope that helps someone out there !!!- Was this review helpful to you?

Rock your socks off
By a customer from Waynestock , 27 Oct 2006This game is legendary, rock out to ozzy or simply bark at the moon. If you have ever wanted to master Hendrixs in a few hours this is the game for you but remember you have to master expert to become a true guitar hero- Was this review helpful to you?

Rockin' stuff, but not for rental
By a customer from uk , 02 Oct 2006Superb idea, brilliantly executed, immense fun - the only downside is the harder modes get HARD and you may get incredibly frustrated trying (and more than likely failing) to nail those sequences!
But - do not rent! This game is as much about the controller as anything else. Buy it ;)- Was this review helpful to you?

hardcore game!!!
By a customer from Isle Of Man , 24 Jul 2006when you first start the game, at first it seems extremely hard to get the hang of, but as you get into it, it becomes a doddle(Only a few stray notes here and there). Game contains good songs and a great selection of guitars and accesories at the shop.- Was this review helpful to you?
