MiCoach worthy addition to Kinect fitness

As a big fan of fitness games using Kinect... I was glad that 505 Games rescued this one from THQ dump bin. The games thus far seems very good bio-metric exercises are very effective and it makes a nice change to see weights and gym ball used extensively throughout.
How effective the exercise programs are in improving particular sports disciplines... well its very early days so all I'll say is I'm keeping an open mind.
Down side of MiCoach Kinect is no apparent heart monitor support, unlike PS3 version, and instructions for use of console game are not as stated in software, and packaging available on MiCoach website.
