You should know what to expect
By california6066 (47 reviews) from Stoke , 26 Jun 2010[Highly rated reviewer]
This game is good but if you have played previous lego games such as the Indianna Jones titles im sure you will pretty much know what to expect. I found this game ok, its a good bit of fun but gets a bit boring after a while. I like Harry Potter and to be honest if i am playing a Harry Potter game i would much rather stick to a realistic third person game not a cartoon lego one.- Was this review helpful to you?

(23)you're a wizard harry
By a customer , 19 Oct 2012i love lego games and this was up there with the other ones. Played the sequel to it but unfortunately that wasnt nearly as good. The free roam aspect of this was different and made the game last much longer.- Was this review helpful to you?

Worth a Play!
By Flick90 (4 reviews) from Kettering , 21 Aug 2012Great game!
I liked how easy it was to get into the game and I spent about an hour at a time playing. Although any-more than that and it got a bit repetitive!
Definably worth a play and if you get it on Xbox then it is a game for some easy G.- Was this review helpful to you?

LEGO Harry Potter Yr 1-4: It's a lego adventure!
By eddieb (25 reviews) , 27 Jan 2012Like all LEGO games they are fun and frustrating at the same time! You need a minimum of two play throughs to complete the game as a lot can only be done or unlocked using characters you unlock the first time through. Theres lots to collect (probably too many) but if you've got the time then this is a fun and enjoyable game to rent. It follows the same LEGO way of playing as all the others only you use spells rather than actual items.
The game covers the first 4 years of harry at Hogwarts and the game sticks very close to the books but with some fun LEGO imagination added in for good measure.
BE WARNED: some achievements can glitch on you although you can use cheats to get many of them!
Overall it's worth a rent but it's longer than most games if you want to 100% complete everything so be prepared to keep it longer than a few weeks if you're like me and take things slowly- Was this review helpful to you?

Gotta love Lego
By sats12 (18 reviews) from Tamworth , 08 Oct 2011I like Lego for many reasons the story can be interesting and funny and being able to change character on free mode is a real plus.I enjoyed every minute and want to see more, multi-player I will have to try to get the hang of as I find the split screen a little confusing and frustrating sometimes- Was this review helpful to you?
