(2)Best DS Lego Game Yet
By a customer , 04 Jan 2012I have to admit, the other DS Lego games could be better but this game is not like the others.
The first reason for this is the boss battles. In other Lego games, you managed to get one hit on your opponent before he/she jumped into an inaccesable location and you had to do a load of puzzles to get them down again, when you'd get one more hit. In this game, characters with swords can duel the boss opponents, making the game a lot less boring.
The second reason is the actual weaponry. In previous games, the character has one weapon, that's it. In this one, characters can have a pistol/rifle e.t.c and/or a sword/cutlass e.t.c. A very nice touch, if I do say so myself.
The final reason is the character customisation. Instead of the weapon also counting for stance, voice and ability, you can choose all your new character's weapons, looks and abilities seperatley.
There's only one problem: The length. It doesn't take long to complete all four stories, and after that, it seems like a rarely-ever-play-it-again game.
So, in conclusion, get it for rent. I wouldn't buy it, though.- Was this review helpful to you?
