This looked like a great game and i was all set to enjoy it on my shiny Wii. However a word of caution to those looking to raid the gamecube library for their wii. Remember you need a camecube controller (wii classic wont work) and gamecube memory card (cause it wont save on the wii). Rather irritating since i couldn tplay the game since i didnt have either of those things.

This is the Game that origionally launched with Nintendo's Gamecube. Most people expected Mario to usher in a new era of console entertainment but it was his brother, Luigi, that took the lead in Luigis Mansion.

When launched the critics didnt rate this game mega-highly as they were comparing it to the great launch tiltes of Nintendo past such as Super Mario 64 ,Super Mario World and even the orginal super mario bros., which were all highly original and innovative in their day.

I found when I rented this however that it is a highly enjoyable game without compare, as you guide Luigi through the mansion busting ghosts 'Ghostbuster style'. The Graphics are lovely animation is excellent and the playability top notch- the only down side is its lentgh as it is quite short compared to traditional Mario fare- but as a rental its perfect!!!
