Well i've been playing the beta and whilst i know its not the finished product i don't think its going to drastically change apart from some ironing out on some issues like no recoil, exsplosive damage and jumpy animations. As you would expect this takes its inspiration from Modern Warfare2 and Bad Company 2. it looks and feels very much like a battlefield game right from the off. The leaderboards , stats screen even the way unlocking scopes is the same as BC2. The one thing they should have used from Bad co2 is the sound because it doesn't live up to it to be honest. The weapons look nice enough and as you would expect its pretty much the same selection you normally get in FPS these days i.e M16, M4 AK47 ect. there are kill streaks and i like the scoring system (although its inconsistent at the moment as some assists don't count) but when it comes to the feel and the gameplay i can't help but feel ditached from the action where as MW2 and BC2 really immersed you in it. The map available was ok but to be honest lacked imagination but hopefully they've saved the best for release. There were two modes available in the beta, Team Deathmatch and mission which is a copy of Gold rush from BC2 but not as good, although the map available for that was more open and the action flowed more, it even showed signs of hope that i dream the rest of the game can capture. there is no hint of what is to come of the singleplayer but i hope its true to the series. all in all this won't be the CoD beater it was supposed to be but its a jelly base for them to build on as the series matures and develops. i feel this is an oppertunity missed if the final game is the same as the Beta and if you have Cod4,W@W,Mw2 BFBC or BC2 the fact is this isn't as good as any of them. Rent before you Buy!

this must be the best game i ever played on brill story mode so if lyk war games this is game for you

Great game.... If you like being spawn killed

I love spaawning then instantly getting sniped or gunned down by tanks. The campaign is ok but not amazing. You always get sniped online. Its just terrible.

Defeat our nations enemies

The story is good but the the multiplayer is a failed attempt.

The maps are small. Lags a bit, but the most annoying thing is that you get spawn killed a lot.

If you like to blow up Al-Qaeda then give this a rent

Rent dont buy

fairly poor story. I wish with these games you kept to one charactor instead of swapping between, especially as there is no difference in equipment. short story finished within 4 hrs on hardest difficulty.

An average shooter, sluggish controls and a very short campaign. Multiplayer is OK but I am comparing it to the COD / BF series which I play a lot. So much hype surrounded this game, rent material it is, I would have been disappointed if I had paid for it at realease.
