Alright but not fantastic

This game is only fairly similiar to the ps+ps2 version - It has Snake, Metal Gear and it has the same weapons to use. Though it is a more tactical version in that you can only move a certain amount of steps or shoot a certain amount of times per turn. If you like this sort of thing then you might think it's good, but after a while i got a bit bored of it - it's too slow and if you get spotted by an enemy it takes ages and ages for you to get another turn. Also, the storyline is ok but you have to have the patience to sit through a tonne of dialogue each time you get anywhere and you can't even skip it, so if you die you have to sit through the same dialogue again. I wouldn't buy this game but renting it for a short while is ok.- Was this review helpful to you?

By trilorrytop (17 reviews) from Windsor , 25 May 2010mgs with a tactical twist to it. you get cards which you use to move equip or attack. all cards will look familar because every single card is linked to the mgs from the retro games all the way to portable ops and the three ps2 releases. i wouldn't reccommend it to anyone without patience because it does take a while to get used to the tactical side of things.
I did enjoy this game and i am a fan of mgs storyline is weird but enjoyable and the gameplay is adictive after a while once you get the hang of it.- Was this review helpful to you?

if you could skip the custsenes then i would probably bu it, but

By tanya from Scotland , 04 Feb 2008When i rented this game i didn't realise it was, a game in which you must have played a previous game to play Metal gear Ac!d, so unlike me i hadn't and couldn't play this game as my psp kept wanting previous game loaded to start this one shame as metal gear games are great stealth games.- Was this review helpful to you?

its soo lame
