game developer went bankrupt but game WILL be released later this year

just to let people know because i was as annoyed as you when this game went to the currently unavailable list. did a search and apparently the developer THQ went bankrupt or something. but not to worry the game rights have been bought up by a new developer and is still supposed to be released but sadly later this year now.
