    [Highly rated reviewer]

    This title is unbelievably extraordinary.

You get 2 and half of the best games ever made (I wasn't keen on Echoes' Dark World) for the price of a regular game and they aren't just repackaged.

Metroid Prime and Metroid Prime Echoes are reworked with WIi controls ala Metroid Prime Corruption and Prime has bloom lighting added to bring it in line with Corruption's visuals. Sme people found a few of the bosses in Echoes too difficult; these have been tweaked. Both titles have Corruption's achievement system retroactively added and Corruption itself has had its code improved, reducing the sometimes hefty loading times waiting for doors to open.

This is the definitive edition of the best trilogy in FPS / FPA history.

Fantastic compilation of Metroid FPS games. I love the ambience in this one and the storyine, even though I think Metroid Other M surpasses all of these put together.

Awesome game, and the fact that you get three games in one on the dual layer disc is great. You're looking at maybe as much as 100 hours of top-quality entertainment in Metroid Prime Trilogy, this could well be the finest single product it has released for the Wii, owning it ought to be mandatory.

I really enjoyed the first two games on the gamecube (and still have them) but thought I'd rent this and see how it played with the new wii controls. To be honest, I was really disappointed!

These (first two) games really were made for a gamecube controller. The enemy ai was designed for a lock-on shooting and not a free roaming one. The camera would move automatically on the gamecube version when you jumped to help you get from platform to platform easier. A lot of little things like that which make me say that if you are going to rent these games from love film, rent the gamecube versions as they are much better and easier to play in my opinion.

I loved this game, simply because I was always a true fan of the first two on gamecube. And now that they have been re done on wii with all the wimote possiblites, and both put into one disc, I couldn't be happier. I only found one problem with it though, and this is just getting the Sensor bar in the right place, Moving to the right at sometimes just didn't want to happen, it just went all the way to the left. Which was rather anoying bosses. Other than that great game for any Samus fans.
