Superb racing and chasing fun!

Just like the need for speed underground games before it, this is a really great game. There are a number of racing types to choose from: Circuit, Sprint, Drag, Toll Booth (like a timed sprint), and a superb speed camera race type where you have to get the highest average speed through a number of check points.
The graphics are breathtaking and slick. And by far the most fun part of the game is the police chases. From helicopters to spike traps, you have to outrun and dodge the police whilst completing a number of 'milestones' (evade 5 road blocks, or keep the chase going for 7 minutes for example) in order to make yourself more notorious and challenge the next racer on the 'black list', and plough on through the game. During your trips around the Need For Speed Most Wanted world you can also plough through petrol stations and blow them up, hurtle through billboards, and knock over water towers to destroy racers and police on your tail.
An excellent game that i can highly recommend! It brings together the best of the need for speed series and improves on it, to make one brilliant and long lasting game.- Was this review helpful to you?
