    [Highly rated reviewer]

this game will undoubtedly be amazing, if it isn't i'll eat the dvd...sharp shard by shard.

good news is i heard they gonna make it even HARDER than the NG1....so will keep the hardcore players happy, and make it a 1k acheivment score worthy of earning!

Feel silly giving it a rating.....but i can't see team ninja screwing this up!

very fun game. You will die alot tho lol but imo thats part of the Ninja Gaiden Experience.

pain in the a** bosses that will more then likely kill you a few times which gives you a 'oh yeah what now mofo' feeling.

    Good game.

    Gameplay 9/10 Story 10/10

Get the game and dont send it back untill you finish it!

this game is amazing from start to finish , if your looking for a ninja game this is it , i love the way it plays and the end bosses are great , i dont normaly get hooked on games nowadays as they dont make them as hard as they used to , its like they want you to finish quick and trade then buy the next one , but this is diffrent no online just pure gameplay

  • Ninja Gaiden 2, good or bad?

Ninja Gaiden 2 Good points: - a variety of weapons and upgrades, fluent controls and many different combos, varietys of level scenerys from citys to forests to ships, fun to play.

Bad points: - gets very hard when approaching the end of the game, sometimes very tedious battles with repetitve enemys, hard to follow the storyline.

overall however i found this an enjoyable, challenging game.

  • A flash of good...followed by a long, disappointed finale

Ninja Gaiden 2 seems to have everything that a great game has. Ninjas, Mystical Swords, Arch-Enemies, and Ancient Legends. The slick graphics also help. But here's the real truth of the game...

    1) The controls are non-responsive nd not very intuitive. Alos, not very intelligent. Occasionall you'll find the game attempting to second guess or re-direct your moves according to what IT thinks. Needless to say, it can be a bit annoying after a while.

    2) The bosses. There are only SO MANY TIMES THAT A BOSS CAN BE REPEATED!!! Twice, Maybe. BUT FIVE TIMES??!! What the hell!!?? Did someone run out of ideas and just give up on the idea, or was it pure laziness?

    3) Repetitive Levels. Each and every level is organised the same way. Bad Guys...Save point. Bad Guys...Save Point. Bad Guys...Same old boss from the previous level. Again. and Again. and Again.

From one gamer to another, please don't waste your time on playing this repetitious, unimaginative, ill-structured, and p*ss poor excuse for a game.

    Really. Just don't
