TERRIBLE !!!!By Princess74 (2 reviews) from Barnet , 25 Mar 2008
[Highly rated reviewer]I have only just purchased the nintendo wii and apart from nintendo sports which I love this was the second game I had played.
What a disappointment.....this game is awful.
I like watching darts on tv and I was looking forward to playing this game.
The controller is rubbish and the game is boring and slow.
I sent it back straight away.
Don't waste your time on this game and I am glad I never bought it.

OMG AVOIDBy MiniG (64 reviews) from Erskine , 23 Nov 2009Im not joking, avoid this game at all cost....
Shakey, shoddy, not even slightly entertaining
Very frusturating!By a customer from Rochester, Kent , 15 Jun 2009I rented this game as most people said to rent it if you're a fan, which I am. Unfortunately, because I am a fan and play darts occassionaly I found this game very frusturating.
I couldn't get to grips with how to throw the dart. Each time I brough my arm back, onscreen the arm would go forward. Same thing happened when I moved my arm forward, onscreen the arm would go back. Only way i could get the dart to throw was to pretend to throw my dart behind me.
If you can get past this initial problem, then you could really enjoy. I could not get past this, which is obviously fundamental to a darts game, so did not enjoy it at all!
rubbishBy wozap (18 reviews) from Walsall , 23 May 2009ill keep it short and sweet, dodgy controls and very frustrating if theyve sorted the controls in the 09 version it will be a good game
Good Idea poorly implementdBy Chris Parker from Manchester , 08 Apr 2009The idea of this is good, aim at the board, and throw like a dart. However the shape of the remote is nothing like a dart, and the fact that you have to hold the button while you throw means you need to have the hands of an indian rubber guy
Could have been so much betterBy a customer from London, England , 06 Feb 2009I was expecting a 'pick up & play' game. However the controls are appalling. Read on other sites after sending the game back and they state that the controls take some getting used to. I think it would be easier to hit 180 against the real Phil Taylor. The controls leave you moving the cursor around the board when you are tying to throw. Surely it would have been better to have the position locked after pressing A and then if you do not throw correctly this would effect the dart. I'm glad I rented before buying.
