Worth a rental

Definitely worth a rental.

The game boasts game modes including a racing championship, superstar licenses (set challenges to beat) and a training feature.

There's also online play and trophies to play for, along with in-game achievements to obtain.

For non-racing fans in general, it's not the easiest game to pick up and play, but then it's not too difficult to get better at it either.

I read reviews on this before I rented and on the whole they were very good, so the creators of the game are definitely doing something right.

As said in the title, worth a rental, but die-hard racing gamers may even opt for a full purchase, considering the playability you can get out of it.

I loved this game, wasnt the longest game ive played but well worth a go. not bad graphics and the control of the cars was top notch. not mega hard on legend mode either

when had this for rental was unsure about it, once had game in and loaded up, was excited and more saw of game n options was pleasing and when saw had trophies even better as thorught dident support trophies. well done game, it as said in a other view, hard larnig curve,but relstic and a varitity of challenges and deffo be buying game for my ps3 colection:)

v8 ITALIAN Superstars

I think the makers of this game have kind of marketted this one wrongly because upon seeing the title V8 superstars I thought it was of that fabulous australian series featured on Motors TV!

Alas the game arrived and I found that it was actually the italian version of V8 super-touring car racing instead.

It is an average racing game based around mostly italian tracks with a couple of selected others thrown in (Eg kyalami).

I have played much better games than this and for me the content was one dimensional and somewhat lacking, and would have instead preffered the presentation that was presented in games like the TOCA RACE DRIVER series.

BODERLINE !!!

I totally agree with another members review which i had read about this game.. 'THIS GAME IS TOCA BY CODEMASTERS TEN YEARS AGO' The cars handle, drive and pick up damage the same way.. Boarderline rent!! my copy went back the next day...

THIS IS DA WORST CAR GAME I HAVE EVER PLAYED, CHAMPIONSHIP IS TO SHORT, STEERING IS PATHETIC ON MIN IT WONT TURN THEN NEXT MIN ON A LITTLER CORNER YOU SPIN EVERY WHERE, DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DIFFICULTIES IS STUPID AND THE GAME OVERALL IS A LET DOWN DO NOT RENT !!!!!!!!!!!!!
