i saw a lengthy clip of this game and i must say it looks amazing. if your a fan of marvel vs capcom you will love this. one of the playable characters they dont mention is the guy from capcoms dead rising (i think his name is frank) the only problem is that its only on the wii and is NEVER coming to 360 or ps3. i know it sounds stupid but im getting a wii just for this game!- Was this review helpful to you?

I had trouble and fun, in that order.
By Louis4 (3 reviews) , 24 May 2011Fun fun fun, i used to enjoy stupendous fighting games.
Something stopped me from enjoying this game, the control system. Probably one of the most important parts of the game, and i couldn't understand the controls.
One issue being by renting this game you don't receive the booklets and guides, therefore you learn by the in game help screens, in fighting games the help screens are non-existant.
Whereas in Street Fighter it uses the LPMPHP LKMKHK system, this game uses a LMH system, the major problem being the L seems not to be a button but a combination of two.
This review is really about my inadequacy to grasp the control of the game. My inability to properly input commands didn't ruin the game completely.
Otherwise the game is fantastic, and has introduced me to characters such as Ken the Eagle and Gold Lightan.
There are few feelings as triumphant as beating a child at a game they have never played.- Was this review helpful to you?

Fantastic Wii exclusive
By ChrisBlahBlah (6 reviews) from London , 09 Dec 2009I've had the Japanese version of this game on import for nearly a year now, and I have to say it's fantastic. It plays very differently to Street Fighter IV and would make a great companion to it if you have a pc or PS3/360. What first seems like very simple play mechanics soon gives way to a lot of hidden depth. Must buy for any fan of fighting games.- Was this review helpful to you?
