Were to start.. First off this game is AMAZING. The way you swing all around the city and the graphics are great. But dissapointed that your webs didn't attach to the buildings and seemed to go to space but yeah. The campaign was ok it got abit boring after a while and I was thinking to my self when will this mission be completed. The campaign is a about 8-11 hours long and side missions are a few hours all together. Was a shame that they didn't get Andrew Garfield to do spidermans voice and Emma stone and gwen, some of the missions were cool though, apart from the ones in oscorp. The combat system is basically the same as batmans and some of the upgrades are stupid but overall this game is really good apart from some repetitive missions. I would give it 8. 5/10 but I wouldn't buy it as the game is far to short.- Was this review helpful to you?

(25)Best Spidey game for a while
By AbusedWomble (11 reviews) from Birkenhead , 07 Nov 2012I'm a fan of Spider-man Movies and Games and this game is based after The Ultimate Spider-man film. The graphics are decent the story is pretty good the game play is really fun the combat reminded me a lot of Batman Arkham games which isn't a bad thing because they are great games. Swinging around Manhattan saving civilians from criminals and fighting various boss fights on the streets above the streets and below the streets is really fun. A must rent for any spidey fan :)- Was this review helpful to you?

fair enough
By manckie (7 reviews) , 02 Nov 2012Good graphics, an expected story about some wierdo in a red and blue suit firing spider webs all around the place, you dont rent this for a story, its meant to be stupid daft and over the top.
good game for kids if you want them to be a bit violent.
apart from that a waste of time...if your into this type of thing however, then its worth a rent- Was this review helpful to you?

Worth the rent but wouldn't buy it

Really well done, had a story I would not have expected from a movie game. The swinging is too simplified for my tastes but I had still had tons of fun swinging around the city. The camera is the best it has been in a spiderman game so that was a big plus. My only real complaints are that the movie cast didn't lend their voices to the game, though I ended up really digging the game cast. The campaign was only about 5 hours unfortunately, I was hoping with the 2 and a half hour development time that we could get a story mode that lasted me at least 8 hours. Oh well, still an excellent game- Was this review helpful to you?

Nice try Spiderman ;)
By Salimandthedalim (6 reviews) , 15 Oct 2012Pretty crap! The story is rubbish and the game gets way too repetitive. Play this game if you rent but other than that not worth a buy- Was this review helpful to you?

Webslinging fun!
By Bolton_RP (4 reviews) , 26 Sep 2012Spiderman games have usually struggled to make the grade when being converted to console format - but this made for a very nice surprise.
Set AFTER the film, it doesn't try to run alongside the plot but create a new storyline going into what picks up where the film left off... and it works.
I'm a big fan of the Batman Arkham games, and although this is nowhere near as 'dark' a game as those, it does tend to play very similar offering a close up view point of Spidey, with good combo/fighting controls.
Swinging around the city is well done too, and there's tons of collectables to collect to keep your spidey sense tingling long after you've finished the main game.
Good fun, and for me the best Spiderman game that's hit the consoles.- Was this review helpful to you?
