Its now very difficult to be good at it, whereas on some of the previous titles, the slightly arcadey nature meant you could look half decent with very little effort.
I miss using r1 to boost shots. This series is not going in the right direction for me. I had more fun worth wii golf- Was this review helpful to you?

Random crashing

Good Golf Sim
By St_George (14 reviews) , 25 Apr 2012A good golf sim - seemingly pretty accurate - all the top players, courses etc - good swing mechanics and ball physics. However, saying this (I do play a bit of real life golf,) virtual golf bores me to tears!! But certainly the way to go if computer golf is your thing.
Also, being that its from EA - an online pass is needed for online and with a coin system to unlock courses etc(only temporarily as well I might add) , plenty of quite blatant things implemented to attempt to drain every last penny from your wallet at every step of your game. (Don't get me started on EA.....!)- Was this review helpful to you?
