I saw this is XBOX360 magazine and instantly wanted to play and promptly went home and downloaded the demo from XBOX Live that night. I started playing and i wont spoil and surprises for anybody but i implore you all to at least have a decent look at this game. Lara runs, climbs and just generally moves and interacts with her surroundings like never before.

This is definitely on my Xmas wish list

A few camera issues, that you expect from Tomb Raider games, but not too bad a game at all! Yep.

What can i say. First of all, this game is beautiful. The graphics are really deatailed and the enviroments really are a thing to behold. Now with that out the way let's talk about the main aspect... The gameplay. If this game was all about pulling off the best looking acrobatic stunts it would get a ten. Platforming and the puzzles are some of the best seen in a Tomb Raider game in a long time requiring skill, quick reflexes and thinking before you act. That's where the good ends in this game however. Playing on the hardest difficulty turned out to be easy when it came to combat. The enemy A.I. is terrible, all enemies act in the same way, are easy to dodge and don't take very long to work out. Attack patterns are easily figured out and that kind of ruins the game for me as there is nothing stopping you from progressing unless i got stuck on a puzzle. All in all i'd say this game is deffinatly worth sticking on your rental list but not worth buying if you ask me.

Its a good game but some parts can be very tricky and there is alot of ledge jumping in this game only problem is most the time you tell her to jump one way but she just decides she's gna go the other :)
