When this arrived i put it in the wii and started my surgery but it was turned off within 10 mins - too hard i thought. i didnt have the steady hand that was needed. The next morning i thought i would give it another go. Wow i am now on story 3 level 3 and dont really want to send it back! i am definatly going out to buy this. Even though its only 1 player i have had friends playing this have a great laugh because they are so bad. I would definatly recommend this.

played this for 2 hours and dont really like it much which is a shame as i like these kind of games. it doesnt really help you with anything and the story line goes on and on far too long. was disappointed with the result of the game on the levels u dont do much and as i said u dont get help or hints

OMG this pile of rubbish arrived this morning and i was really looking forward to it,but after reading 10 mins of conversation i couldn't really be bothered to actually 'operate' but did anyway, and OMG what a load of crap!

It was hard to pick up tools and after reading another conversation the second operation was similar so was quite boring but then after reading MORE conversation IT FINALLY DAWNED ON ME THAT THIS GAME IS MORE ABOUT READING CONVERSATIONS AND THE OPERATIONS ARE SOOO SIMILAR THAT THERE WAS NOTHING EXCITING!

One operation i had t do was one on the throat (polyps) and it bored me cos i realised after removing one set of polyps, there were 5 more! BORING

DONT RENT AND DEFO DO NOT BUY!

    NOT WORTH ANY STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I rented Trauma Centre - Second Opinion with no prior experience in the franchise, either in DS form or Wii, and was pleasantly surprised! It tells a tale of a newly qualified doctor who is, quite frankly, a bit of a mess and his quest to be the best doctor he can be. Although the story is a little bit lame and some dialogue cringe worthy but the real star is the control system which uses the Wiimote to great effect and soon you'll be picking up things and sewing things up effortlessly! Graphics are not bad, they do the job well, and the sound effects suitably moody. Overall not a bad game, well worth a rent!

    OK, but a tad boring.

After playing through a few operations, I just really gave up and went and did something more interesting. Gameplay is just about ok, but takes far too long progressing the 'Storyline' - spent more time clicking through screens that operating
