Great simulator! Not so nice graphic :)

Hi
Initially I didn't like the game... The graphic was rather disappointing (after playing NFS Shift) but when I got Logitech Driving Force GT I decided to try it on WRC and it is fantastic! The game suddenly become very realistic and enjoyable the graphic stopped bothering me especially that my main focus is on driving and the 'blur' affect actually makes sense now.
If you are after easy game and graphic is the most important for you then it is not not the game for you! But if you are fan of driving simulators and have the equipment.... You must play it!!

Appauling...Is it even a PS3 game?!?
By Mark996 (49 reviews) from Nottingham , 14 Mar 2011Possibly THE worst visuals I've ever seen on a PS3 (supposedly) game...I genuinely took the disc back out the PS3 after playing for 10 minutes or so to check they hadn't sent me a PS2 game by mistake!!!?!
Shockingly terrible - if you're looking for a WRC 'fix' then play through the Rally section of GT5 a few more times until a 'proper', well thought out and more importantly better looking WRC sim is released!!- Was this review helpful to you?

A little disappointed

Although, once you got the hang of it it was OK. There was just something that didn't do it for me but I cant put my finger on it!- Was this review helpful to you?

One for the real fans.
By a customer from southern england , 07 Nov 2010Firstly I have to agree with the majority in saying the graphics are quite poor. Such a decline from the old wrc games (but then i suppose different developer and all).
Apart from the graphics....i love this game! Once your used to the handling it starts to become really enjoyable. I personally have found the gameplay to be highly realistic....you cant just go flying into corners, brake hard at last minute etc.
If your a real rallying fan, i honestly think once you've been playing a while it will grow on you. The realism to it is fantastic! Will be interesting to see if GT5 can put up any competition! ;)- Was this review helpful to you?
