  what can i say about this game ....I LOVE IT granted i was a fan of this series since the start in early 2000's but that's beside the point all you gamers want to know if this game is worth buy or renting.....being a fan i would say BUY IT BUY IT BUY IT BUY IT..but it does have its flaws and little things that eat away at me that made me want to drive my sword into its virtual head.
  
  PLOT:
  
  well to pin point it down this game doesn't have a plot [and before you go all angry mob let me finish]
  
  this game has many plots depending upon which event path that you have taken. so you could be the ministers lap dog one moment the next you would be tea bagging his caucus without even batting an eye lid.
  
  because of this and the many alternate versions of this story you will have allot of time playing this heck just ook at how long i have rented this game out for just to understand what i am getting at.
  
  CHARACTERS:
  
  they are all nicely written and each character even the side ones have great personality which many games don't know how to do well.
  
  the way the characters are written you will fall in love with certain characters while hating others with a burning passion so as far as the characters go they are all well written in my view.
  
  AI:
  
  OK this is where i start to use the flea comb on this game because the AI can go from stupidly easy to SUPER CHEAP.
  
  they can start spamming you the same one attack which for some odd reason seems to stagger your character when stronger attacks you brush it off like a fly hit you.
  
  and as the difficulty level goes up so does the level of CHEAP AI.
  
  for instance in the hardest setting in the game some enemies can kill you in one hit but you still have to beat the utter crap out of them like they are part man part war ship.
  
  which makes the game little unfair that you can get beaten like your nothing while others are all OK after a few fatal swipes.
  
  they should of made it apply to both the NPC and PC characters so its all fair and gives it a realistic charm which many people would love.
  
  GRAPHICS:
  
  well its all visually nice but for a game that came out just last month it looks really dated like it was made one or two years ago. don't get me wrong its still very beautiful and good looking but they could of done a better job with it...unless the studio is having some problems then i could understand.
  
  but other then the dated graphics it looks great.
  
  GAME PLAY:
  
  OK this is the selling point for the game which will also turn people away because this game is one of them strange hack and slash games where you need to think about it at times. because you will need to think about what fighting style you want to use and then level it up to its mastered level it might put people off, although the fights can be done rather quickly [if you have a fighting style that you know how to use well] you will still have to fight many hordes of enemies until the requirement has been met you will find your self repeating allot.
  
  SUMMARY:
  
  well i liked this game but i can understand that this game isn't for everyone just look at the other review [more may have been added but their was only one when i wrote this] and just like RE: Operation Raccoon City you will either love it or hate it but give it a chance by renting it out for a few days and see if you fall in love with it like i did.
  
  so once again be careful when renting this game out because you might not enjoy it as much as others because of its play style so go into it with an open minded.
