This game is created by the makers of the Dark Cloud / Dark Chronicles series on the ps2.
This game is an RPG and combines real time and turn based combat. So although you can move about freely your skills take time to recharge.
This game is easy but the combat takes a while. Some of the bigger enemies can take up to 6 minutes to kill unless you use your knight form.
one of my favorite features off this game is the building element and to many this will remain pointless. But in the game you can build your own town and import NPC's and traders so that you can upgrade your weapons etc. Also your friends can visit this town.
Game does have a multiplayer aspect in which you go around completing side quests that would normally be to hard for a single person to conquer.
All in all this is a great game and is a lot of Fun. it offers a lot of weapon customization and has lots of skills and will take time to complete 100%.- Was this review helpful to you?

(10)The magical world of JRPG
By Szabolcs (3 reviews) , 15 Nov 2011Great. The only reason I haven't bought one yet is the likely great amount of time I would put in it. I will when I think I have the time.
My enthusiasm may come from the fact this is the first JRPG I played on the PS3 and I found it stunning. It is a magical world.
The graphics is not only nice but the artistic detail and how it is put together had a great effect on me. The unskippable and never ending cut scenes are amazing. I hated those on the gameboy but here it is a completely different ballgame.
I played a lot of western RPGs and it is great to see a different approach to game mechanics.- Was this review helpful to you?

WHITE KNIGHT CHRONICLES
By PROTONPAC (4 reviews) , 22 Jul 2011As far as the story goes i can't help but feel cheated by the fact that the story continues on to wkc2 but as it's a good story i'll allow, at times this game can be annoying little hint when you get to dogma rift your near end of game don't go ant further if you want to achieve the trophys as once game is completed it's hard to obtain experiance in order to level up with all 8 skill sets i finished the game 3 times but have not even completed 3 sets let alone 8 worth a go but if you want trophy's this is no easy hunt will take time.- Was this review helpful to you?

Still not in the league of FF but good ....
By warbird5 (21 reviews) from kent , 13 Apr 2011I was in search for a competitor to the FF series and I feel this comes closest to a rival out of all the other rpg's I've tried . Easy to use , superb graphics , characters to relate to and great backdrops make this a good game . The storyline however leaves a lot to be desired and the seemingly tense relationships are non sensical . This said still a game that would be a good inclusion to any rpg fan's collection .- Was this review helpful to you?

White Knight's?
By ThyphixTheGrumphog (11 reviews) from Fareham , 30 Mar 2010Overall I think this is a great game, made me think of a Medieval Final Fantasy setting, 'Avatar system was an incredible surprise too.
However, sadly your custom character is doomed to the background, never speaking or even being noticed by anyone aside from the casual glances in his (or her) direction.
Aside from that White knight is a brilliant game and if you like building towns online with others, id recommend you buy it!- Was this review helpful to you?

Fun with Friends
By LunaMoon (1 review) from London , 26 Mar 2010Graphics are fine, story is ok, combat is basic but good and there are enough classes and skills to do what u like best, not to mention the weapon/armor upgrade/synthesis is quite deep.. If you go online after the story its a bit of a grindfest, but if you make friends easily online then you'll have alot of fun with this game!- Was this review helpful to you?
