I'll be back on TVThe team that brought the film Terminator 3: Rise Of The Machines to the big screen is to team up with the writer of Steven Spielberg's War Of The Worlds, Josh Freidman, to make The Sarah Connor Chronicles. The series will explore what happened to Sarah Connor and her son between Terminator 2: Judgment Day and the most recent film, although Linda Hamilton, the original Sarah, is not expected to be in the series. After the second film Connor was on the run and one of the producers, James Middleton, explained to Variety what direction the series will take. He said: "She has the weight of the world on her shoulders and she also has to raise a 14-year-old son who may be the salvation of the world." The focus of the series will more on drama than action and the time travelling angle will certainly bring some twists. There are also plans for a fourth Terminator movie that could link up with the series, although it is highly uncertain if Arnold Schwarzenegger, one of the key elements of the films, will appear.
