Brosnan goes back to spying

Pierce Brosnan is to return to spying in his new movie The November Man.

The former 007 star will play a former US agent who is dragged back into the world of espionage after a government conspiracy.

Brosnan, who besides the Bond films has starred in Mrs Doubtfire, The Lawnmower Man and The Tailor Of Panama, is also set to make a sequel to the film the Thomas Crown Affair.

In the world of Bonds, speculation about who will sing the theme to the next film, Casino Royale, has heated up.

Daniel Craig is to drink the vodka martinis (shaken, not stirred) but Robbie Williams could be singing in the background, following a long list of stars including Madonna, Tom Jones and Shirley Bassey.

Williams is no stranger to the movies with his songs being used in Bridget Jones: The Edge Of Reason, Finding Nemo, Johnny English and A Knight's Tale. He has also given his vocal talents in The Magic Roundabout when he was Dougal to Kylie Minogue's Florence.
